  Congratulations to Aiden Plenge!
He has finished in the top 4 in the NATION in his FFA Proficiency contest for Fiber and Oil Crop Production. This is an entrepreneurship-based contest where Aiden has demonstrated that a business he owns/works for follows the best management practices available to efficiently produce and market crops for fibers and/or oils.     This contest requires Aiden to analyze the business portion of what many of our area farmers get involved in. It is incredible that this young man has proven himself so proficient at understanding this critical aspect of making a livelihood through agriculture that he is one of the top 4 in the nation. Only when he stands on the national stage in November will we get to know where he stands within those top 4!

Exchange Bank Welcomes Boltz as New Loan Officer
Exchange Bank of Northeast Missouri is happy to welcome David Boltz to their lending department.    David started at Exchange Bank on June 12th, 2023 after a 17- year career in the Ag   repair field.
"I am very excited about this new opportunity and am looking forward to working with community members to help them with their banking needs," David commented. "I believe my Ag background will help give me an understanding of the customers’ needs and concerns. With being involved in my family farm it also helps me to be able to relate to the year to year changes the farmers are facing.  Living and working in the community all my life I know most of the customers on a personal level which helps me to better serve their needs. "
David is involved with the Clark County Farm Bureau, the Clark County Extension Council and attends Amazing Grace Bible Church where he volunteers as much as he can.
Be sure to stop by Exchange Bank in Kahoka and help welcome David.
