On Veteran’s Day the students and staff at the local schools made videos this year to say “Thank You” to our local Veterans. The videos have been posted to the CCR-1 School District Facebook page for everyone to enjoy. Pictured above and below are students at Black Hawk Elementary School with a few of the items they made in honor of Veterans Day. Please see this weeks newspaper for more photos. Also on Veterans Day Ayer Boatman VFW Post 4342 held a Veterans Day Soup & Sandwich Lunch while many local businesses had specials to honor local veterans.
MFA Oil Reopens Office in Kahoka
MFA Oil Company, a farmer-owned energy supply cooperative, announces the reopening of its office in Kahoka, Mo. to meet the fuel and propane needs of residents in Clark County and the surrounding areas.
The Kahoka office, located just west of town on 20402 Spur 136, is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The Kahoka staff includes Plant Manager Corey Fett, Customer Service Representative Linda Loughhead and service technician David Hamner. Current and potential customers can call 660-727-3151 to order fuel and propane or schedule service.
